hush time 개인정보처리방침
hush time(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 서버로 수집하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 아래는 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지에 대한 설명입니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
운영자는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고와 이용 분석(애널리틱스) 도구가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
앱의 기능을 위해 아래 정보가 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 테마 즐겨찾기, 탭별 마지막 재생 위치, 영상 반복 설정
- 이용자가 만든 보관함 폴더와 저장한 영상 목록
- 마지막으로 본 탭, 무료체험 시작일, 구독 상태(만료일)
3. 제3자 서비스
- YouTube: 영상 재생을 위해 YouTube 플레이어와 YouTube Data API, 공유한 영상의 제목 확인을 위해 YouTube oEmbed를 사용합니다. 재생 과정에서 YouTube(Google)가 자체 정책에 따라 정보를 수집할 수 있으며, 이는 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
- Apple: 구독 결제는 Apple이 처리하며, 운영자는 이용자의 결제 수단 정보에 접근하지 않습니다. 구독 관리와 환불은 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다.
4. 정보의 보관과 삭제
기기 안의 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 모두 삭제됩니다. 운영자가 보관하는 이용자 정보는 없습니다.

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

hush time (the "App") does not collect your personal information on any server and does not transmit it elsewhere. This page explains how the App handles information.
1. Information we collect
We do not operate a server, the App has no sign-up or login, and we do not collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. The App contains no advertising and no analytics tools.
2. Information stored only on your device
To provide its features, the App stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to us and is deleted when you delete the App.
- Theme favorites, last playback position per tab, and per-video repeat settings
- Library folders you create and the video lists you save
- The last tab you viewed, your free-trial start date, and your subscription status (expiry date)
3. Third-party services
- YouTube: The App uses the YouTube player and the YouTube Data API to play videos, and YouTube oEmbed to look up the title of a video you share. While you play videos, YouTube (Google) may collect information under its own policies: YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- Apple: Subscription payments are processed by Apple. We never have access to your payment details. Subscription management and refunds follow Apple's policies.
4. Retention and deletion
All information on your device is deleted when you delete the App. We hold no user information.
